This workshop will shift between two approaches. One, through a series of guided exercises we’ll feed sensation to our starving bodies – hungry for movement, interaction, stimulus, touch, for that sensation of being alive because we are moving. Once our bodies will fell like they are vibrating softly, we’ll observe the difference between states of doing/working and being/not-working. We’ll expand our working space to our lives outside-the-studio, observing the states of attentiveness, sensing and action.
Armed with all this, we’ll re-visit what we know best: our routines, exercises, daily actions. We’ll “see” what they are and what else they could be. As a group we’ll test the borders of what “working together” and “support of the group” could mean.
